C- Hello. Are you OK there?

J- Yes, hi. I was given these t-shirt as a present but it's too big. Is it OK if I change them?

C- That should be OK. Have you got the receipt?

J- Yes, here you are.

C- OK. Well, actually, we've sold out of this t-shirt, I'm afraid. You can choose something else if you want.

J- Oh, right. Can I try these things on?

C- Yes, sure. The changing rooms are over there.

C- No, I don't think so. It's really funky.
